This guide is from my friend a SDA dietitian, but the couple of the same faith strongly recommends taking just the juice and psyllium husk, they prefer to use green barley juice as it has almost complete nutrients, the barley juice supplements the possible loss of body’s minerals due to the fiber absorption. Please note that the recommended dose for the psyllium husk is not more than 3 tablespoon in a day, water intake on the 3-day cleansing must be monitored carefully. The image above is my fecal rubber or mucoid plaque that I expel after following the cleansing guide below.

PROPER EATING OF FRUITS... AND COLD WATER = CANCER?

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.

Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.

In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining — every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc — actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.

ORANGE : Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.

WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene — the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium.

GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content.. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes.

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer!

Can u believe this? For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Alkaline and Vitamin C

From selling alkaline water, another product that interest me is this non acidic vitamin C. May this content will add more understanding the need to be alkalized.

pH means POTENTIALITY to HYDROGEN. It measures equilibrium of acid and base in the body. The higher the pH reading, the more alkaline and oxygen-rich the fluid is. The lower the pH reading, the more acidic and oxygen-deprived the fluid is. (Please double click image below for the sample alkaline-acid food chart.)

The pH range is from 0 to 14, with 7.0 being neutral. Anything above 7.0 is alkaline, anything below 7.0 is considered acidic.

All healthy humans begin life with the most of the body fluids and tissues in a slightly alkaline state (high pH). Over time, in modern society, the body tissues and fluids often become acidic (low pH) from the food, drink, prescription drugs, pollution and stress, that are absorbed on a daily basis.

At pH level 6.9, the body starts to become susceptible to common viral infections like colds, cough and flu.

Cancer cells thrive inside the body at a pH of 5.5. The lower the pH level the more acidic the person is, thus, the higher the uric acid and other toxins in the body, the more prone it is to sickness.

When we are acidic, we are more prone to chronic diseases and cancer.

When we are alkaline, we are able to stay away from diseases and cancer.

VITAMIN C

VITAMIN C is a water soluble antioxidant that is essential for life and for maintaining optimal health. It is required for at least 300 metabolic functions in the body. There are very few, if any, biological functions that do not require Vitamin C.

Vitamin C plays a vital role in keeping the immune system working efficiently and helps build collagen, the stabilizing tissue in the bone, muscle and skin. As an antioxidant, Vitamin C is one of our best defenses against the cell damaging effects of free radicals.

Almost all animals and plants produce their own Vitamin C. There are some exceptions, such as humans and a small number of other animals. Since the body cannot manufacture Vitamin C, it must be obtained through diet in the form of supplements.

The non-acidic Vitamin C is a remarkably effective form, especially for those suffering from chronic illnesses such as cancer. This type of Vitamin C enters the body four times faster than standard acidic forms and stays in the body tissues longer.

Massage Therapy

Massage – what is it?

Massage is defined as the systematic manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for a curative effect. Soft tissues are made more pliable through massage to promote circulation and blood flow and bring about healing effects: physical and psychological changes for general wellbeing.

What does it involve?

The system of massage treatment involves the therapist using their hands to apply pressure on your body. Therapists use various techniques to work on the body: stroking and gliding (effleurage), kneading the soft tissues (petrissage), or what is termed ‘percussion’ (tapotement). The power of healing in massage is the energy that flows through the therapist’s hands in touch to refresh, regenerate and revitalise.

What are the ‘real’ benefits?

Many people wait until they are already in pain or suffering spinal injuries before turning to massage, but why let it get that bad? It is a good idea to take regular massage as a preventative measure so that such injuries do not occur. Regular massage maintenance will increase your overall sense of wellbeing for optimum physical and mental health, helping you to achieve your goals.

Massage therapy is extremely beneficial to people leading busy lifestyles suffering from what is now commonly encountered work related stress. Massage will not only aid with mental relaxation but will work on physical symptoms of back and neck pain that comes from sitting for an extended period of time at a desk or from physical labour.

The importance of taking regular massage has heightened in recent times as more people recognise how beneficial it is as a way to counteract the effects of sitting in front of a computer screen daily. Corporations are beginning to realise these benefits for staff wellbeing and as a way to increase productivity. By offering mobile massage therapy as a part of employee benefits in the workplace it could go a long way to help reduce staff stress levels, which in turn will make for a more cooperative relaxed work environment, and then aid productivity. More obviously if employers spend on massage for their staff they might reduce the cost of lost labour through sick days. Work related stress is a serious problem in society leading to poor health, disease, and death. This situation might be helped if employers take the opportunity to enlist the services of a professional Massage Therapist who will educate about the benefits of relaxation and massage.

Massage is used to treat a wide range of disorders, such as:

  1. Insomnia
  2. Muscular tension
  3. Headaches and migraines
  4. Work related stress
  5. Repetitive strain injury
  6. Depression
  7. Arthritis
  8. Eating disorders and digestive dysfunction
  9. Pre-natal pregnancy conditions
  10. Fibrositis
  11. Spondylitis
  12. Frozen shoulder
  13. Whiplash
  14. Sports and dancing injuries

Massage normally takes place in a private room or space. Clients are expected to partially undress and are given a towel or robe to place over themselves. Most massage will take place on a massage table lying down, or on a floor mat / bed on a platform. Massage therapy can last for 10 mins to 1 hour depending what is requested.

What type of massage best for you?

There are several forms of massage on offer, and it can be confusing to know what will work best for a particular ailment or condition. Some massage concentrates more on relaxing the client whilst others will work more deeply at repairing damaged muscle tissue. It may be that you need to try several forms of massage to find what works best for you. Here is a brief summary of some commonly found massage therapies:

  1. Hilot Massage – This is part of Traditional Filipino Medicine. This massage therapy is closely related and associate with Herbal Medicine. Hilot treatment creates movement and is therefore seen as a treatment for pain relief. It is almost always given on a couch or a stool.
  2. Connective Tissue Massage – this technique is connected to the Myofascial release technique, and does not involve the use of oil or lotion. It can relieve chronic tension, improve posture and relieve painful symptoms of chronic diseases such as Arthritis, Tendonitis, TMJ and Sciatica.
  3. Heated Stone Therapy Massage – aids the client to experience deep relaxation. The therapist places heated basalt stones on the body’s acupressure points. A series of Swedish massage style techniques is used with the therapist holding smooth stones and applying essential oils to work away muscle tension.
  4. Deep Tissue Massage – focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It is designed to reach the deep sections of thick muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibres.
  5. Remedial Massage – works to heat muscles and tendons that are damaged, impaired or knotted. It holistically treats the whole body and traces the discomfort back to the original cause. It uses specialized techniques to support and speed up the body's own repair mechanisms. The massage is applied directly to the skin usually with an oil lubricant. Passive stretching moves are also employed.
  6. Shiatsu – is a traditional hands-on Japanese ‘healing therapy’ originating from the Japanese amma therapeutic massage. It is quite an intense form of massage whereby the therapist uses thumbs, elbows, forearms, feet and knees to apply pressure on the body. This is combined with stretches, joint rotations and joint manipulation to give an all-over treatment.
  7. Swedish Massage – is a system of long strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, percussion, vibration and shaking motions that apply pressure between muscles and bones, rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. Swedish massage feels good, is relaxing and invigorating.
  8. Ventosa (cupping) Therapy Massage – a classical technique that uses vacuum glass to warm meridians to drive out colds and more.
  9. Thai Massage – This is a more physical manipulation of the body using passive stretching and gentle pressure with the hands and feet. Allied with yoga stretching movements, this massage will help to adjust the skeletal structure, increase flexibility, relieve muscular and joint tension, stimulate internal organs and balance the body's energy system. The effect is both relaxing as well as energizing. This type of massage is performed on a floor mat.

Network Marketing is a good alternative income source, and alternative to Employment, and an alternative to Traditional Business.

I happen to distribute an excellent "water purification system" that produces an alkaline water that helps me in cleansing my system effortless. From the same company I met and consider him as one of my mentor, and every time I start training my new referrals, I acquaint them of these networking basics I learn from Mr. Josiah Go.

Network Marketing is a type of selling where the distributors are independent contractor and not employees of the company, act as both the company’s customer base as well as the marketing arm of the company’s product of service and business opportunity. Distributors are compensated in both selling the product and the business opportunity.

It comes with many aliases: MLM or Multilevel marketing, Word-of-Mouth Marketing, Multiplication-of-Effort Marketing, The People Franchise, among others.

2 Characteristics of Network Marketing

- Independent distributors replace traditional middlemen.

- Word-of-Mouth marketing replaces mass media advertising.

3 Principles making Network Marketing Unique

- Leveraging-Distributors are paid not only their personal sales but also from the sales from their downlines. This enables ordinary people to start on equal footing with everyone else at the beginning of their network marketing business.

- Geometric growth-To maximize compensation plan, a distributors must commit to stay and do the “width”(personal sales/referrals) and “depth”(helping direct referrals sponsors personal referrals) required in the business.

- Residual Income-Distributors have the opportunity to earn residual income from the repeat sales of their new customers as well as their downlines.

Benefits of a Network Marketer

Financial Independence and Personal Freedom-these are two of the most common aspirations of everyone – Money and Time. Financial independence is the result of how you make a living. Personal freedom is how you live your life. You’ve got to know how to earn today.

To the average employees and busy executives, be very objective for this exercise and ask yourself 2 basics questions.

1. How many years will take you to be promoted to the top position in your company since the time you joined the company?

2. How many years will it take you to earn enough to buy your dream house, live your dream lifestyle and retire with substantial inheritance for your next generation?

Network Marketing, an alternative for employment and traditional business?

Let’s start by comparing why network marketers are better off than corporate executives or employees.

- Corporate jobs are not abundantly available because of continuous downsizing and rightsizing.

- Corporate jobs are not necessarily what you want because there may be no opening yet for the job like you.

- Application to a corporate is not automatically accepted because of the required interview and screening process.

- Corporate jobs are not based on what you can do because it is largely based on who you are.

- Corporate jobs do not commence immediately because of pre-employment requirements and testing (and further testing.

- Corporate jobs are not based on your time because they have fixed office hours.

- Speed of your corporate job is not at your own pace and your priorities because of regular performance expectation and appraisal system.

- Corporate jobs never pay you what you are really worth but what your job is worth because of the concept of job qualification and pricing. The chief executive officers of the firm always get the highest pay while the newcomer rank and file employee will never get paid higher than the company’s C.E.O.

- Corporate rank-and –file does not get to leverage their time and effort through other people. The president of the company has the most leverage, followed by the president, managers, and supervisors. Those in the lowest rank do not get to leverage anything from anybody.

Maybe the above made you ill, but don't you worry, we will show you a bit difference with network marketing

- Network marketing distributors love the simplicity of the principles behind the business.

- They want to control their own destiny.

- Whether they come earlier or later in the network hierarchy, they get an equal chance to leverage their time and efforts through others.

- Network marketing distributors get paid what are really worth based on the result they give. Most network marketers work from their homes, have no boss, no sales quota, no fixed work time, no work pressures except the ones they impose on themselves.

- They have a lot of discretionary time which are good for mother wanting to see their children grow, good for retirees who want to work at their own pace, and equally good for those doing part-time to meet their own needs.

- Anyone who signs up as distributors can start immediately; there is no testing or interview.

- Educational background does not matter. This as an equal opportunity business.

- For people with organization or leadership abilities, they need not wait for a long time to put their potential to use; they simply promote themselves to a leadership role unlike a more formal management structure that take a longer time to climb.

- Network marketing is an easier and low-risk entrepreneurial option.

- The network marketing company offers an established or duplicable system of doing business with no territory restriction.

- While network marketing is on their own, they have “sponsors” or uplines (yes, in plural form!) Who will and have an interest to look after them to insure their success.

- Network marketing distributors have relatively lesser financial investment because their expenses are mostly variable and not fixed as they pay no office rental, no fixed retail location, no payroll, practically no inventory, no huge printing cost associated with traditional start-up businesses, no franchise fees, and they buy direct from the company to enjoy savings from discounted products.

- Network marketers have unlimited potential as they get to enjoy their personal and professional growth with the company.

- Network marketing companies who are leaders in their field train their sales leaders continuously as they are promoted up.

- And if the network marketer gets sick or decides to take a trip, they still get residual income by just complying with the minimal company requirements to continue enjoy networking income from the sales of downlines – a big plus as compared to those in hard core knock-on-the-door no sales, no income companies.

- Most of all, they have a lot of psychic rewards because as they grow, they are able to help other people to grow too.

- They are responsible in healing wounds of a broken family, reuniting family members separated because of work and help others attain self-worth.

- This is perhaps the most important compensation a network marketing company and its distributors will get- they not only attain personal freedom and financial independence for themselves, they also help others attain the same.
